Counselling Services Tailored For You

The path to well-being isn't a one-size-fits-all journey, it’s a dynamic, personal process that can be shaped by science, culture, and individual experience.  Each session plan is tailored to meet your unique needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to ensure the approach aligns with your personal goals, values, beliefs, and lived experiences. This flexibility allows us to work together in a way that feels both supportive and non-judgemental, fostering meaningful growth at a pace that suits you.

Addressing Your Unique Challenges

Every counselling journey is unique, and it’s completely normal to encounter challenges along the way. You might feel uncertain, emotionally overwhelmed, or hesitant to open up—and that’s okay. Cultural differences, sexual orientation, past experiences, or simply feeling stuck can also make things harder at times. I’ve found that gently exploring patterns that may no longer be helpful can lead to meaningful insights and transformation. With care and support, even moments of discomfort often become valuable opportunities for healing, growth, and renewed self-understanding.

What To Expect During A Session

The first, initial counselling consultation is a relaxed, confidential space where you can share what’s brought you to therapy and explore your goals. I will outline  practical details, such as session length and fees, and ask questions to better understand your needs - taking notes along the way. I will go through the 'client and counsellor' contract with you for clarity and understanding, and agree session days and times that suit you.

Moving forward, your sessions are led by you - bringing anything that you would like to focus on - sharing your story, exploring issues and making sense of them. I do not take notes during these session to maintain full presence with you.
